Job Description
We are looking for a colleague with hands-on experience in AI applications, strong data analysis capabilities, and a solid understanding of marketing. This role will help drive the use of AI in marketing data analysis, including internal data, external industry and competitive information, insight generation, and data visualization, while also leading other business-oriented data projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. AI Applications
Explore the application of generative AI in data analysis and insight work.
Use AI to support data exploration, information classification, trend identification, anomaly detection, and insight generation.
Develop reusable prompts, analysis templates, and AI output quality-check methods.
Validate AI output for accuracy, completeness, and business relevance.
Innovative mindset to leverage AI capabilities, for example build up internal data analysis tools/customized AI agent is a plus.
2. Marketing Data Analysis & Business Insights
Understand marketing activities, business questions and translate them into clear analysis objectives. Experience in measuring marketing activity effectiveness is preferred.
Independently lead data analysis projects from requirement understanding and analysis design to final delivery.
Analyze different types of data and information to identify key trends, gaps, and potential opportunities.
Combine data evidence with business context to generate objective, clear, and actionable insights.
Ensure consistency and accuracy of metric definitions, analysis logic, and final outputs.
3. Dashboard and Visualization
Translate complex analysis into management dashboards, topic-based dashboards, and visualized insights.
Use Power BI or similar tools to improve metric presentation and analysis experience.
Turn one-off analysis into reusable and continuously updated insight products.
4. Cross-Team Collaboration
Work with brand teams, digital teams, and cross function partners to implement data insight projects for marketing efficiency improvements.
Participate in requirement definition, solution testing, result acceptance, and continuous optimization.
Clearly communicate insights, business impact, and action recommendations to business teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above; background in data analysis, business analysis, big data technology, market analysis, statistics, information systems, software engineering, computer science, or related fields is preferred.
5+ years of experience in data analysis/market insight/business insight. Experience in data tech/database/data product is preferred.
Hands-on experience using generative AI in practical analysis or insight projects. Deep understanding of generative AI, large language models, and related application trends.
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, or other mainstream visualization tools.
SQL knowledge or hands-on SQL experience is preferred.
Strong data sensitivity, structured thinking, and business insight capabilities.
Able to independently deliver end-to-end projects, from business question understanding and analysis design to insight presentation.
Good communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills in both Chinese and English.
