Be primarily responsible for product verification and physical checks after products are received into the MIC warehouse, on a batch-by-batch basis.

Perform timely batch release in both SAP and WMS after product verification.

Promptly report and provide feedback to the MIC Quality Manager if any quality issue or suspected counterfeit product is identified, and work with the team to manage and resolve the issue.

Receive and verify returned products and hand them over to the MIC Quality Manager for disposition.

Verify the accuracy of serialization codes before uploading them to the website.

Download and verify product transportation temperature data.

Maintain batch-release documents and related records.

Investigate and manage deviations/events that may potentially impact product quality and ensure that such deviations/events are handled in accordance with Lilly GSOP requirements. Effectively follow up on corrective and preventive actions to ensure implementation and completion.

Lead and/or participate in quality improvement initiatives or CAPAs to enhance the overall quality system or compliance level of the warehouse. Activities may include SOP revisions, change controls, and other project- or system-related improvement activities.
