We are seeking a Content Enablement MLR & DAM Solution Delivery Lead to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of Content Enablement product MLR &DAM solutions across the content lifecycle.Lead end-to-end delivery of Aprimo capabilities (workflows, metadata management, taxonomy and content distribution configurations).Manage delivery of platforms MLR&DAM application.Own delivery roadmap execution for Aprimo-related initiatives & enhancements.Drive program and project execution ensuring scope, timeline, quality, and budget adherence.Coordinate across cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, product owners, vendors, and business stakeholders.Ensure alignment with novartis standards and governance processes. Drive Agile/DevOps delivery practices and continuous improvement initiatives.Manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution proactively. Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and audit requirements.Govern Aprimo platform configurations, workflows, forms, templates, permission models, and taxonomy structures.Provide delivery status, reporting, and insights to leadership.Lead release planning, change management, and environment management activities. Oversee platform health, stability, and operational excellence. Support vendor management and contract execution.Essential Requirement: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. Proven experience in leading delivery of enterprise scale Digital Asset platforms (DAM). Experience with Content Enablement MLR &DAM platforms (Aprimo, Veeva PromoMats) 4+ years of experience working with Aprimo DAM and/or Aprimo MLR platforms is required. Strong experience in MLR workflow, DAM configurations, taxonomy configurations and user modules. Strong understanding of Aprimo native configurations & product capabilities. Experience working with global stakeholders and managing distributed teams Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage complex delivery landscapes and multiple parallel initiatives. Strong program and project management experience (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid models) Proficiency in English. Engineering or IT background. Proven experience with MarTech stack and array of Contente Enablement products (Wrike, Activator)Desirable Requirement:Aprimo certifications. KnowledgeKnowledge of Content Planning and Content authoring processes.Experience supporting international and multi-market deployments.
