•    Own the end-to-end TLMS Academy learning architecture and roadmap, ensuring that curricula and content evolve with TLMS standards, playbooks, phase progression and deployment priorities.

•    Define curricula with relevant functions for production-site and above-site roles across TGO, based on business needs and identified capability gaps.

•    Ensure the development, maintenance and quality of practical training materials in collaboration with TLMS Ecosystem Leads, OpEx Business partners, functions, HR, subject-matter experts and end users.

•    Build and mobilize a global network of trainers, facilitators, subject-matter experts and TLMS leaders to deliver capability building at scale.

•    Establish and manage global capability-building governance, including KPIs, site progress visibility, risks, interventions and escalation through the appropriate TLMS governance forums.

•    Partner with Site OpEx Leads and Site leadership teams to identify capability gaps, define recovery actions where progress is off track and support effective local Academy deployment.

•    Own the global training plan and provide transparent reporting on execution, qualification, risks and business impact.

•    Connect capability-building interventions to business measures and evaluate their contribution to TLMS maturity, operational performance and sustainable value delivery.

•    Develop and implement learning and competency-management processes at site and above-site levels in line with the Education and Training pillar.

•    Ensure robust qualification and certification processes following the Learn-Do-Teach approach.

•    Identify and implement effective learning methods and technologies, including digital, blended and immersive learning approaches.

•    Own the development and maintenance of the TLMS Academy platform and ensure the Learning Management System contains accurate curricula, content, access and qualification records.

•    Ensure training facilities and supporting infrastructure are operational, fit for purpose and continuously improved.

•    Work in collaboration with OpEx Business Partners teams to provide a holistic support to sites' TLMS implementation.

Your Skills and Experience

How we calculate "similar"

No black box, no LLM guesswork: a deterministic score built from four normalized attributes. Here's this role's own peer group at different match levels, so you can see the mechanism, not just the result.

Every comparison starts from the same 100-point budget: 25 for working in the same function, 40 for the same therapeutic area, 20 for the same or adjacent seniority, 15 for the same country. A dimension we can't confirm on both sides contributes nothing, never a guess, never a free pass.

Unmatched or unknown dimensions score exactly the same: 0 points, never a partial guess. A role we know almost nothing about beyond its function bottoms out at 25%; it never inflates to 100% just because there's little to compare against. Seniority uses a defined ladder (Associate → Manager → Associate Director → Senior → Principal → Director → Senior Director → Executive/VP) so "Director" and "Senior Director" count as adjacent, but "Director" and "Executive/VP" do not.
