Drive the adoption of Agentic and AI capabilities across site and global TechOps processes by building AI fluency, delivering scalable no‑code/low‑code solutions, and embedding AI‑enabled ways of working that generate measurable productivity and efficiency gains.
Major accountabilities: Drive end to end adoption of Agentic & AI capabilities across site and global Processes, embedding AI enabled ways of working into daily operations to deliver measurable productivity gains. Build AI fluency across IT/OT and business teams, establish and lead Agentic/AI champions, and enable hands on development of no code / low code agentic solutions. Lead bottom up use case identification, prioritize high value opportunities with site leadership, and oversee delivery, scaling, and sustained adoption of Agentic & AI solutions.Drive adoption of globally available Agentic & AI platforms, while continuously feeding site requirements, gaps, and enhancement opportunities into global product backlogs.Establish clear governance, benefits tracking, and reporting, including productivity and FTE impact, and maintain a forward looking multi year Agentic & AI roadmap.Partner with Global DDIT Ops and DSAI teams to ensure data, platform, integration, and security readiness, and to enable data self service capabilities for sites.Lead change management and cultural adoption, ensuring employees embrace AI as an augmentation tool and actively use Agentic & AI solutions in their daily work.Key performance indicators: ≥80% of target staff completed AI training and actively use at least one agentic solution in daily work. ≥80% of prioritized Agentic & AI use cases delivered using no‑code / low‑code tools.· ≥3 high‑value AI/agentic use cases per site live and contributing to measured productivity or FTE impact.>50% of employees regularly using AI / agentic tools for day‑to‑day tasks.Productivity / FTE impact reported quarterly, reviewed with SLT, and tracked against roadmap.All critical systems and data sources identified and enabled for priority AI use cases.· Site feedback (requirements, gaps, connectors) visible in global AI backlogs and releases.COMPETENCY PROFILEApplied Business Insights, Digital & Technology Savvy, Organizational Savvy, Joint Value Creation, Stakeholder Engagement, Managing Change, Vision & Purpose (Strategy to Story), Interpersonal Savvy.EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTSHands on experience with Microsoft Copilot (M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio) and enterprise AI assistants.Proven ability to build agentic solutions using no code / low code platforms (e.g. Power Platform, Copilot Studio), including prompts, workflows, and basic integrations.Best to have: Hands on experience building and supporting automations using Microsoft Power Automate (cloud flows, approvals, connectors, error handling).Best to have: Python experience for scripting/automation and data handling (e.g., APIs, JSON, basic data cleaning and preprocessing).· Practical understanding of agent orchestration, reusable patterns, and scaling agents in operational environments.· Data fundamentals: ability to consume, combine, and interpret data from enterprise systems (e.g. MES, ERP, LIMS); basic understanding of data quality, access, and governance.· Basic data science & analytics skills, including KPI definition, descriptive analysis, and interpretation of AI outputs.
