Digital Site Shopfloor Expert

The Digital Shopfloor Expert serves as the on-site Digital representative for the factory, responsible for supporting and driving all Digital activities with a strong focus on manufacturing operations, shopfloor systems, and OT/IT convergence. As the site's Digital Security Expert, they ensure the security of OT/IT systems, identify and resolve potential cybersecurity risks in the manufacturing environment. They also act as a comprehensive Digital risk expert, evaluating risks related to GxP-regulated computerized systems and providing risk management recommendations.

The Digital Shopfloor Expert leads the implementation of MES, IIoT, automation, and connectivity solutions on the shopfloor, supporting Hangzhou's ambition as a Connectivity & Lighthouse pilot site. They collaborate closely with Engineering, Automation, Quality, and Production teams, providing training and guidance to ensure technical capabilities align with business needs. By driving Digital innovation on the shopfloor, they contribute to smart, green, and agile manufacturing operations.

Strategy and Governance 战略和管理：

Manage site Digital user service relationship and serve as the primary "go-to" person for all shopfloor Digital topics 管理工厂数字化用户服务关系，作为所有车间数字化事务的核心联系人

Represent site shopfloor requirements in the design and deployment phases of global Digital programs (e.g., NEO M&S, iShift, MES/IIoT rollouts) 在全球数字化项目（如MES, Connectivity, iShift、MES,IIoT推广）的设计和部署阶段代表工厂车间需求

Work closely with the IS Business Partner and global infrastructure teams to ensure standards are properly enforced and new releases are communicated and deployed on site 与IS业务伙伴及全球基础设施团队紧密合作，确保标准得到有效执行，新版本/项目在工厂及时沟通与实施

Operational Effectiveness 执行：

Lead and support the deployment of shopfloor Digital solutions: MES, BMS/EMS, IIoT platforms, equipment connectivity, and automation systems 主导并支持车间数字化解决方案的部署：MES、BMS/EMS、IIoT平台、设备互联及自动化系统

Responsible for site Digital procurement aligned with Sanofi global purchasing standards 负责符合赛诺菲全球采购标准的工厂数字化本地采购

Responsible for implementing global and local Digital projects on site 负责全球及本地数字化项目在工厂的落地实施

Maintain and support shopfloor systems including MES, SCADA, OT networks, lab systems, office network, email system, and other applications 维护和支持车间系统，包括MES、SCADA、OT网络、实验室系统、办公网络、邮件系统及其他应用

Ensure proper implementation of Sanofi IS Security and Continuity (Disaster Recovery Plans) Policies, with specific focus on OT/IT cybersecurity in the manufacturing environment 确保赛诺菲信息安全及业务持续性（灾难恢复计划）策略的有效实施，重点关注制造环境中的OT/IT网络安全

Assess all IS/OT-related risks on site with Engineering, Automation, and Quality teams; define and follow up CAPAs 与工程、自动化和质量部门共同评估工厂IS/OT相关风险，制定并跟进纠正/预防措施（CAPA）

Maintain site application and automation inventory and cartography (asset management) 负责工厂应用系统及自动化资产的管理与台账维护

Provide audit and inspection support for Digital/IS-related topics (GxP, CSV/CSA compliance) 为数字化/IS相关审计和检查提供支持与协调（GxP、CSV/CSA合规）

Configure and optimize global systems for local utilization (e.g., BI/KPIs, NEO dashboards, IIoT platforms) 配置和优化全球系统的本地化应用（如BI/KPI、NEO看板、IIoT平台）

Apply IS security standards, monitor with KPIs, and communicate results to site management 执行信息安全标准，通过KPI监控并向工厂管理层汇报

Education / Experience 教育/经历：

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science, Automation, or related field 本科及以上学历，信息系统、计算机科学、自动化或相关专业

>5 years of experience in IT/OT systems, preferably in pharmaceutical or industrial manufacturing environments >5年IT/OT系统工作经验，优先具备制药或工业制造环境背景

Hands-on experience with MES, SCADA, DCS, IIoT platforms, or industrial automation systems 具备MES、SCADA、DCS、IIoT平台或工业自动化系统的实操经验

Strong knowledge of GxP regulations and Computerized System Validation (CSV/CSA), highly preferred 深入了解GxP法规及计算机化系统验证（CSV/CSA）, 强烈优先

PMP or equivalent project management certification, a plus PMP或同等项目管理认证, 加分项

Technical Skills & Competencies 技术能力：

Strong knowledge of OT/IT convergence, industrial cybersecurity (ISO27001 a plus) 深入了解OT/IT融合、工业网络安全（了解ISO27001标准为加分项）
