As Quality Control Product Line Manager, you will be a key architect of Sanofi's QC digital transformation, owning and driving the global digital strategy for Quality Control across our worldwide manufacturing network. Operating at the intersection of science, technology, and operational excellence, you will lead a high-impact product portfolio that modernizes QC labs through connectivity, AI, robotics, and advanced analytics.

Main responsibilities

Strategy & Vision

Define and own the multi-year QC Digital product line strategy, aligned with Sanofi's broader Digital & Data transformation agenda and global manufacturing & Supply objectives

Represent the QC Digital product line in senior governance forums and contribute to cross-functional strategic decisions impacting manufacturing and quality operations worldwide

Develop together with Global Quality business stakeholders & partners (Global Engineering, Global MSAT, MSAT & Engineering DM&S, DM&S Data & Analytics) and communicate a compelling vision for the modernization of QC labs, encompassing instrument connectivity, AI-powered decision-making, robotics, and real-time analytics. Prioritize opportunities with measurable business impact on QC processes, lab efficiency, and manufacturing quality outcomes

Engage with the external ecosystem (technology vendors, industry consortia … ) to anticipate trends and shape Sanofi's competitive positioning in QC digital innovation

Delivery & Operations

Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of QC digital products, including Instruments Core Models, Lab Execution System (LES), robotics, LIMS, and emerging AI/analytics solutions, from ideation through deployment and continuous improvement

Define QC data architecture strategy and integration interfaces, Data flows and interoperability standards with business, Data & Analytics and technology stakeholders

Oversee roadmap planning, resource allocation, and budget management (OPEX/CAPEX) for the QC product line, ensuring financial accountability and ROI delivery

Ensure product performance is measured, reported, and continuously optimized against clearly defined KPIs and business value metrics

Drive adoption and value realization of QC digital products across Sanofi's global manufacturing network, ensuring sustainable deployment and operational excellence

Maintain deep expertise in emerging QC technologies to ensure the product line remains innovative, competitive, and future-ready

People & Culture

Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing product team fostering a culture of accountability & transparence towards excellence

Champion a culture of innovation, agility, continuous improvement and customer centricity across the QC digital community

Drive change management and stakeholder engagement across QC communities worldwide, ensuring alignment, buy-in, and sustained adoption of digital transformation initiatives

About you

Qualifications & Experience (Required)

Master's degree or MBA in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (required)

12+ years of professional experience, including a minimum of 5 years in senior leadership roles with demonstrated organizational impact

Proven track record of leading digital products or platforms from concept to global adoption at scale

Deep expertise in Quality Control processes and systems, including LIMS, LES, robotics in QC, AI/ML applications, in highly regulated environments (GMP, GCP, GLP)

Demonstrated experience managing significant budgets (€5M+) and driving measurable ROI on digital investments

Proven experience leading Agile product development teams and practices in complex, multi-stakeholder environments

Strong background in service line management and operational excellence (Run mode, SLA management, continuous service improvement)

Deep understanding of Quality Control processes, challenges, and manufacturing operations across a global industrial network

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated experience operating in global, cross-functional, and multicultural environments

Track record of driving organizational transformation at scale, including change management and capability building

Desired Skills

Ability to influence and drive changes in complex, matrixed, and geographically distributed organizations

Financial acumen: business case development, ROI modeling, and full budget ownership

Change management leadership in large-scale digital transformation programs across diverse stakeholder communities

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a consistent focus on measurable business impact

Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and digital transformation in Quality Control and manufacturing

Active external ecosystem engagement: vendor partnerships, industry consortia

Commitment to developing organizational capability and talent, building the next generation of digital QC leaders

A fixed salary over 12 months, supplemented by a short-term incentive, as well as a collective variable compensation based on Sanofi Group results.
