The Opportunity
The Event Technology & Professional Education Coordinator will play a key role in delivering high-quality professional education programs that support Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) across Australia. Working closely with Education Managers and cross-functional stakeholders, you'll coordinate engaging face-to-face, virtual and hybrid events, leveraging digital event technology to create seamless participant experiences while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
The Responsibilities
Coordinating Professional Education Programs: Planning and delivering high-quality face-to-face, virtual and hybrid educational events across Australia, ensuring a seamless experience for HCPs
Managing Event Technology & Digital Platforms: Building and maintaining Cvent event websites, registration pathways, attendee communications, reporting and event workflows to support successful program delivery
Partnering with Stakeholders & HCPs: Collaborating with Education, Sales, Marketing and Compliance teams while managing communications and engagement with HCPs
Overseeing Event Operations & Logistics: Coordinating venues, travel, accommodation, educational materials, demonstration products and onsite event support to ensure smooth execution
Driving Compliance, Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Maintaining accurate records and reporting, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry requirements, and identifying opportunities to improve processes through digital solutions and automation
About You
Degree qualified and min. 3-4 years’ experience coordinating HCP education programs or medical conferences
Advanced skills in MS Excel and experience using Cvent, including building event websites and registration journeys and a good working knowledge of CRMs and/or LMS is an added advantage
Meticulously organised, with good project management, strong attention to detail, problem solving, and communication skills
Strong customer service experience with the ability to forge partnerships with vendors to provide innovative experience solutions
Proactive and collaborative with a consultative approach, and the capacity to engage and work with stakeholders across all levels

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes.
