Main responsibilities:

Lead and develop a Scrum Master, providing coaching, performance management, and career development in Agile facilitation

Own end-to-end demand strategy for M&S Services, SM&UX, Pharmacovigilance, and Medical Affairs perimeters

Build strategic relationships with senior stakeholders and translate complex safety/medical requirements into actionable technical specifications

Define prioritization frameworks and make strategic decisions on demand portfolio across safety-critical and regulated data environments

Coordinate between Snowflake and Visualization teams for safety data, medical affairs analytics, and UX-related data products

Lead governance forums, executive reporting, and stakeholder communications on portfolio health and strategic direction

Drive continuous improvement of demand management processes and champion best practices across the organization

About you

Experience: 8-10 years in demand management, business analysis, or project management with people management experience

Domain expertise: Strong background in Medical & Safety Services, Pharmacovigilance, Medical Affairs, or Safety Management functions

Technical skills: Deep knowledge of data architecture, Business Intelligence, and AI; ability to perform data translation activities independently

Leadership: Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop team members; experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks

Communication: Outstanding stakeholder management skills with ability to influence at senior and executive levels

Education: Bachelor's in IT, Business, Life Sciences, or related field; Master's strongly preferred

The salary range for this position is :Ft15 840 000,00 - Ft23 760 000,00 Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
