Job Description:
Associate, Source-to-Contract, APAC
The Associate, Source-to-Contract, will ensure that the Regional Service Delivery Procurement Source-to-Contract organisation delivers results in support of the Global Services, One Procurement and Johnson & Johnson business strategy and objectives.
The role works directly with the business users, category procurement teams, and the related function. Additionally, you contribute to implementing sourcing & contracting activities to ensure right spend management and compliance controls.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducts the day-to-day operations of the Source-to-Contract function, including sourcing event management, price and other contract terms validateion or negotiaton, contract drafting and execution, and user communication. Delivers against defined Service Levels.
Ensures compliance with applicable regulatory, legal and company policies and procedures.
Drives continuous improvements in user experience, effectiveness, and efficiency in assigned areas of responsibility.
Support development and implementation of automation and AI (Artificial Intelligence) initiatives within assigned area of responsibility; act as product owner for S2C tools and AI features; gather requirements, prioritize, test, and roll out enhancements.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent University degree is required.
An MBA or further advanced degree is preferred.
Experience and Skills:
Required:
2-4 years of Procurement, Finance, or other relevant business experience
Collaboration, Communication & Influencing Skills: Should have the requisite communication skills to communicate & influence objectives and then develop collaborative relationships both internally and externally to achieve them.
Adaptability & Openness to Change
Learning agility and the ability to identify opportunities for continuous process and technology improvement.
Fluency in English & Japanese (written and oral) is required.
Preferred:
Good understanding of Sourcing and Contracting processes and Source-to-settle operations at a high level is preferred
· Shared Services Industry experience.
Can read Korean is preferred
Other:
Requires up to 5% domestic and international travel.
