细胞培养高级经理

岗位职责：
负责完成细胞培养基配制，种子复苏扩增，流加培养，澄清收获，及时完成生产记录，提供完整可靠的数据和报告。
开展细胞培养工艺技术转移的风险评估、差异分析、工艺规程和批记录审核、工程批执行等工作，完成技术转移方案、确认报告、SOP等。
及时上报并处理偏差、变更等事宜。
撰写中美欧申报资料的生产工艺板块内容。
开展仪器设备日常维护与定期验证。
物料耗材采购与管理，确保项目的稳定运行。
任职要求：
本科及以上学历，生物技术、生物工程、药学或其他相关理工科专业。
至少8年以上生物制药行业细胞培养生产和技术转移经验，精通生物制药的细胞培养技能，包括但不限工艺开发、GMP生产、技术转移和工艺放大等和3年以上团队管理经验；
具备中英双语读写能力，英语口语可以为工作语言；
熟悉国内外生物药生产管理和技术转移的相应政策和法律法规（ICH、NMPA、FDA、EMA、USP、ChP、EP），GMP要求；
熟悉中美欧申报撰写；
具备良好的职业素养、积极性，以及团队协作能力；
有较强的GMP意识，深入理解污染控制策略和数据完整性，能在GMP环境中开展工作；
了解生产体系管理，熟练使用Office等办公软件，有SAP使用经验优先。
