Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Logistics Network & Orchestration to lead the capabilities that connect processes, business events, information flows, and external partners across the Innovative Medicine Logistics network.

Transcend is modernizing foundational processes through a standardized SAP S/4HANA platform and integrated data foundation, improving agility, consistency, visibility, and scale.

As part of the Transcend IM Global Template Organization, you will bring the E2E Logistics Template to life through scalable Network & Orchestration capabilities.

You will connect and orchestrate processes and business events across the logistics network while strengthening end-to-end inventory visibility and exception management. Working with global Supply Chain experts and external partners, you will design and scale reusable processes and integration patterns that improve connectivity, simplify how we work and reduce operational risk.

Key Responsibilities

Own and evolve the Global Logistics Network & Orchestration Template, including its standards, controls, roadmap, and lifecycle, to enable fit-to-standard, clean-core adoption and scalable growth.

Ensure key processes and capabilities are integrated into the global template, designed and documented end to end, and deployed within program scope and timelines.

Navigate design gaps and cross-domain dependencies, shape capability and release priorities, and bring forward clear recommendations on material trade-offs.

Drive measurable enterprise value by establishing clear outcomes, monitoring adoption and performance, surfacing risks and decisions early, and mobilizing business and technology partners around corrective action and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Education

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, engineering, business, technology, or a related field is required.

Certifications in areas such as Project Management, Supply Chain, Process Excellence, Product Management, or Design Thinking are a plus.

Experience and Skills

Required

Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience

Experience across logistics networks, with depth in two or more areas such as inventory or event visibility, business-event orchestration, exception management, third-party logistics connectivity, or integration.

Experience leading complex, large-scale global transformations across logistics, supply chain, digital, or process environments, connecting enterprise standards and cross-functional decisions to meaningful, measurable outcomes.

Experience bringing operational and technology-enabled processes to life, from design and development through implementation and continuous improvement, within a global organization.

Experience translating enterprise strategy and operational needs into global process standards, capability roadmaps, business requirements, acceptance criteria, and governance decisions.

Sound judgment and a balanced perspective, with the ability to navigate standardization, patient and customer needs, compliance, risk, value, and speed while turning complex trade-offs and exceptions into clear paths forward.

A collaborative attitude and passion for building trusted partnerships, connecting people across teams, functions, geographies, and levels to create shared ownership and achieve stronger outcomes together.

Curiosity and a passion for continuous learning and innovation, exploring emerging practices and technologies and translate new ideas into impactful logistics capabilities and business value.

Preferred

Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology or another regulated or complex global environment.

Exposure to global templates, business architecture, process intelligence, data strategy, product or capability management, with an interest in connecting these disciplines to create stronger end-to-end solutions.

Experience connecting business and technology through partner or system integration, traceability, event management, visibility, orchestration, analytics, automation, or AI-enabled capabilities.

Exposure to temperature-controlled logistics, global traceability, partner ecosystems, or other time-critical supply-network models where visibility, orchestration and responsiveness matter.

Experience working across complex ERP landscapes, connecting business needs and processes across systems and organizational boundaries.

Strong communicator and influencer who brings clarity to complex topics, shapes compelling recommendations, and inspires action across organizational boundaries.

Self‐starter mentality with ability to think strategically, innovatively, and creatively to drive positive outcomes.

Other

May require up to 20% domestic and international travel based on work location and business needs.

Computed from every other active Other / Corporate Functions role in our database, not just this employer's listings.

We don't have enough classified peer data for this role yet, so there's no comparison to show. This happens when a posting's title/category doesn't match any taxonomy rule -- it's excluded rather than compared against the wrong peer group.
