Roles & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for developing and executing omnichannel activation plans with a digital-first promotional approach for HCPs and Mega Brands.
You will be responsible for analyzing insights from campaign results and identifying improvement strategies for better outcomes.
You will be responsible for researching HCP content consumption behaviour and proposing cost-effective tools for inclusion in OCM scope.
You will be responsible for transforming requirements into actionable plans and managing service providers to implement them.
You will be responsible for educating teams on KPIs, targets, and approaches related to the digital strategy.
You will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Finance, IT, and others, to drive the digital agenda.
You will be responsible for evaluating talent, managing performance, and identifying team development needs to ensure annual performance results.
You will be responsible for adhering to corporate performance management processes and supporting evolving team members.

Educational Qualification
Graduate degree preferably in Math or IT

Critical Exposures

Experience in marketing analytics and Digital content creation, plus Inbound and Outbound marketing experience is desired
