About this opportunity

1. Vendor Coordination and Operational Support

·       Communication and follow-up with external service providers, including IQVIA and PXL

·       Tracking and management of inquiries, action items, and deliverables

·       Coordination of day-to-day operational activities to ensure timely execution of case processing requirements

2. Safety Reporting and Document Management

·       Generation and preparation of Safety Reporting and Performance (SRP) reports

·       Quality review and verification of deliverables

·       Support for Anseki approval package preparation and associated documentation

·       Maintenance of inspection-ready records and supporting documentation

3. Administrative and Project Support

·       Meeting scheduling and coordination across global stakeholders

·       Preparation of meeting materials, minutes, and project documentation

·       Tracking of ongoing activities, milestones, and deliverables

·       Support of daily operational activities to ensure timely completion of critical tasks

4. Communication and Contract Support

·       Japanese-English communication and coordination with Global teams

·       Facilitation of cross-functional communications and issue resolution

·       Coordination of legal reviews and support of contract administration activities

·       Tracking contract-related actions and ensuring timely completion of required approvals
