This role is for a packing operations associate responsible for setting up and operating packing line machinery, ensuring compliance with GMP, GDP, and safety standards. The position involves performing line clearance, managing changeovers, recording batch activities, and maintaining equipment through Cleaning Lubricant Tighten Inspection and preventive maintenance. You will contribute to regulatory readiness by maintaining accurate documentation, supporting RCA and CAPA during breakdowns, and cooperating during audits. The role emphasizes adherence to SOPs, personal safety practices, and continuous improvement through Kaizen, 5S, and lean initiatives. Additionally, you will engage in training programs, safety drills, and digital system usage (SOR, OEE dashboards) to strengthen operational efficiency and compliance.
Roles & Responsibilities
• You will be responsible for setting up and operating primary packing line machinery, loading materials, and ensuring efficient operations.
• You will be responsible for performing line clearance, managing changeovers, preventive maintenance and ensuring correct product labeling with batch and regulatory information.
• You will be responsible for recording all activities in compliance with GMP, maintaining documentation, and supporting audits.
• You will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing packing lines, performing Cleaning Lubricant Tighten Inspection activities, verifying calibration, and troubleshooting minor equipment issues.
• You will be responsible for reporting equipment issues, supporting preventive maintenance, and implementing CAPA for repeat issues.
• You will be responsible for consistently following PPE, hygiene, and safety standards, reporting incidents, and
executing LOTO procedures.
• You will be responsible for participating in training sessions, safety drills, SOP updates, and engaging in Kaizen, 5S, and lean initiatives.
• You will be responsible for using computerized systems (SOR), digital dashboards (OEE, Plant Visibility, AMPLE), and supporting root cause analysis to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
Educational qualification: Diploma in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacy, Industrial Engineering or a related field is mandatory.

• Exposure to troubleshooting, assisting in the qualification and calibration of packing equipment, and understanding overall equipment efficiency (OEE) is preferred.
• Exposure to basic safety knowledge (EHS) related to moving machinery risks and compliance with Safety Standards standards is preferred
