About this opportunity
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Compression Operator to manage day-to-day tablet compression activities using Sejong and Kilian compression machines. The role involves executing batch manufacturing activities, ensuring compliance with GMP and safety requirements, and supporting product quality objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities
Operate and monitor Sejong and Kilian tablet compression machines, including setup, changeover, adjustment, and troubleshooting.
Execute batch manufacturing activities as per approved BPR/eMBR instructions.
Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and data integrity requirements throughout production.
Review and complete production documentation accurately and timely.
Monitor tablet quality parameters such as weight variation, hardness, thickness, and appearance.
Ensure proper cleaning, upkeep, and routine maintenance of equipment.
Report equipment abnormalities, breakdowns, and deviations to supervisors and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues.
**Educational Qualification**: Diploma or B.Sc.
**Minimum Work Experience**: 3 to 10 years in tablet compression manufacturing
**Technical Skills**
Proficiency in operating Sejong and Kilian compression machines
Knowledge of tablet compression processes and in-process controls
**Behavioral Skills**
Proactive problem-solving and process improvement mindset
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
Reliable time management to meet production schedules and quality standards
