Team Lead - Product Analytics

Roles & Responsibilities

Execution of critical experiments to support key project deliverables.

Accurate analysis, interpretation, and error-free documentation of analytical data.

Support for routine analytical testing, method development, method qualification, and troubleshooting activities.

Participation in report preparation, manuscript preparation, report closure activities, and technology transfer of analytical techniques.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams to support product development and project objectives.

Timely stability study initiation, monitoring, and sample analysis.

Oversight and execution of timely HPLC/UPLC calibration, preventive maintenance, and management of analytical instruments and columns.

Active participation in Quality and Safety initiatives, ensuring effective implementation and timely closure of action items.

Educational qualification and Experience:

A Ph.D. in Structural Biology/Biochemistry/ Life Science/ Biotechnology/ Industrial Biotechnology

0 to 1 years of Industrial experience

OR

A Masters in Biological Science/ Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/ Industrial Biotechnology or related including Pharma and Technology with 6 -8 years of Industrial experience

Technical Skills

Basic knowledge of protein structure, impurity-profiling, characterization of therapeutic proteins like monoclonal antibodies.

Basic understanding of relevant techniques like Chromatographic techniques (Affinity, SEC, IEX, RP etc), Electrophoresis, Spectroscopy.

Basic understanding of Method development and qualification and tech transfer

Basic understanding of protein-protein interactions, encompassing principles of ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay) and western blotting techniques.

Behavioural skills

Self-motivated individual with high technical aptitude and ability to translate knowledge to the day to day activities for developing biosimilar drugs.

Learning orientation, seeking opportunities for personal and professional development.

Stakeholder orientation, focusing on understanding and meeting the needs of various stakeholders involved.

Ability to build relationships, fostering positive connections with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.
