How You’ll Spend Your Day
Tender Support & Financial Analysis
Support financial analysis for tenders, including cost analysis, pricing inputs, and risk considerations
Assist in gathering and preparing financial documentation for tender submissions
Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to support decision-making
Collaborate with commercial and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate inputs
Help monitor budgets, expenditures, and performance related to tenders
End to end management of tender processes, in collaboration with business units across the company
Identification and mapping of relevant tenders and social business opportunities globally, including assessment of their relevance and business cases
Data Management & Insights
Maintain accurate and structured datasets related to sustainability and tenders
Perform data analysis to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
Support the reconciliation of data across systems and business units
Prepare presentations and summaries of findings for stakeholders
Internal Controls & Process Support
Support the implementation of ESG-related controls (SOX-like), including: Process mapping (e.g., Signavio)
Identification of risks and controls
Documentation of data flows and responsibilities
Assist in testing and validating controls to ensure data accuracy and reliability
Support audit-related activities and preparation of supporting materials
Contribute to improving processes to enhance control effectiveness and transparency
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Coordination
Work closely with internal stakeholders across Finance, ESG, Corporate Affairs, and other functions
Coordinate data collection and process steps across different teams
Follow up on deliverables to ensure timelines are met
Support alignment between global and local teams
Contribute to driving processes forward, even without direct authority
Your Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
2–4 years of relevant experience (finance, consulting, ESG, analytics, supply chain/logistics)
Strong analytical and data skills (Excel; knowledge of BI tools – advantage)
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across functions and geographies
Strong organizational and coordination skills
High attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to meet deadlines
Good communication skills and ability to present insights clearly
Experience with ESG / sustainability / reporting – advantage
