Support Engineer, Solid Bulk Production

Your future team
Solid Bulk Production (SBP) is part of Pharmaceutical Production, responsible for the commercial production of solid formulations for Lundbeck's global market and for supporting internal – and external manufacturing.
The department consists of two production teams and several support functions, where this position covers the technical support.
You will report to the Senior Director, Solid Bulk Production. Be part of a management- and support team where we value – and support each other. We strongly believe in collaboration and good relations. We are adaptable in the way we work and take our responsibilities seriously.

You will support the production teams with technical troubleshooting, drive strong systematic problem solving and act as the technical bridge between production, technicians, management and external vendors in the department. You will set direction through strong technical ownership and approach challenges with a databased mindset.
Expected to drive changes to production equipment under change control system, ensuring modifications are properly addressed, documented and implemented.
You will collaborate closely with project managers and ensure strong hand-over processes for equipment projects and be the department participant in IT/OT activities. Participate in identifying potential improvement in the department in close collaboration with colleagues. Bring relevant technology solutions forward and further improve the ability to use machine data for increased process knowledge.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for securing data integrity, data security and other relevant IT compliance requirements for the systems - and equipment in the department.
You will build up an inspiring stakeholder network in Lundbeck.
What you bring to the team
Our preferred candidate brings a solid technical – and operational insight within pharmaceutical manufacturing. Thrive in a continuous improvement production environment and feel motivated by IT/OT responsibilities in combination with securing IT compliance – and security requirements.
You possess the following qualifications:
An academic degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Science, or similar
Experience from GMP production environment, at least 5 years.
A structured and data-driven approach to solve tasks, experienced in applying Operational Excellence and LEAN methodologies
Motivation to work with IT/OT in a production environment
Strong communication skills
High proficiency in Danish and English, both written and spoken

Annual Base Salary Range: 582 000 - 799 700 DKK gross
At Lundbeck, we are committed to fair and transparent pay. Please note that the final base salary within the stated range will be based on relevant qualifications, skills, competencies, and level of proficiency as well as internal pay equity.
