About the job:
As a Supply Chain Graduate within our Supply Chain team, you'll gain comprehensive, hands-on experience across the full spectrum of customer fulfilment operations. Ready to get started?
In this role, you'll learn how to manage end-to-end order processes, from order receipt to delivery confirmation, while building meaningful customer engagement skills by working directly with our healthcare partners and stakeholders.
You'll develop expertise in data management, ensuring accuracy and integrity across supply chain systems, and gain practical exposure to 3PL operations, collaborating with third-party logistics providers to optimize warehousing, transportation, and distribution. You'll also build strong reporting capabilities, translating complex supply chain data into actionable insights that drive performance improvements.
Ultimately, everything you learn will connect back to one purpose: making a real impact on the final mile, ensuring that every patient and customer receives the right medicine, at the right place, at the right time.
Main responsibilities:
Process and manage customer orders for New Zealand, making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish
Learn how to manage and maintain accurate supply chain data to support day-to-day operations
Build reporting skills using company tools and AI-powered platforms to turn data into clear, useful insights
Support demand and replenishment planning (DRP) activities to help keep the right stock in the right place
Gain hands-on experience with SAP to support core supply chain processes
Track and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor how well the team is delivering for customers
Develop strong ownership and accountability for your work, along with solid time and priority management skills to juggle multiple tasks effectively
About you:
Eligibility requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree graduates, or candidates with up to 2 years of professional work experience
Experience: Some exposure to supply chain, logistics, operations, customer service, or data analysis (through internships, part-time work, or university projects) is a plus, but not essential, we're looking for potential and the right mindset
Soft and technical skills: Detail-oriented and curious about data, you enjoy finding patterns and solving problems with numbers. You take ownership of your work and make sure things get done right. You're someone who takes initiative, stays determined when things get tough, and delivers results. You communicate well with customers and teammates, and you bring a positive, can-do attitude to your work
Education: A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, Commerce, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory, we value the right mindset and willingness to learn
Languages: Fluent English required; additional language skills are a plus but not essential
