Für unser neues Plasmapherese-Center in Berlin Alexanderstraße suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen

 

Stellvertretender Center Manager (m/w/d) in Vollzeit mit 38,5 Std./Woche.

 

Für folgende Aufgaben sind Sie verantwortlich:

Stv. Leitung des Plasmacenters und dessen organisatorische Arbeitsabläufe

Personalmanagement sowie die bedarfsgerechte Personaleinsatzplanung

Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Spendebetriebs

Produktions- und Kostensteuerung

Sicherstellung, dass das Plasma entsprechend der Guten Herstellungspraxis hergestellt, gelagert und gekennzeichnet wird

 

Wir erwarten für diese Position:

Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder medizinische Berufsausbildung

Wünschenswert ist Erfahrung in Personalführung und Organisationsmanagement

Wirtschaftliches und analytisches Denken und Handeln

Gute Englisch-Kenntnisse

Großes Interesse an der Optimierung und Entwicklung von Prozess- und Arbeitsabläufen
