SSHE Technician

Purpose

Support the site SSHE coordinator on operational activities.

Interact daily with supervisors and workers to ensure the application of the corporate HSE requirements.

Strong presence on the shopfloor to coach, advise site employees and elaborate risks assessments to decrease recordable incidents occurrence, enhancing the Safety culture.

Prepare, check and control activities of external guest companies, who are doing periodical installation, maintenance or other type of works at Nagyigmand site.

Participate project preparation and follow ups.

Your Tasks & Responsibilities: 

Support the SSHE Coordinator in operational tasks.

Participation in the operation of the Safety, Security, Health, and Environmental Management system.

Apply company’s, ISO’s and country specific legal and standard requirements.

Conduct Work in Progress Inspections and Gemba Walks.

Apply the Business and Guest regulations

Preparation, control and follow-up of the activities of external companies, PR and QT LAb activities, participate as SSHE support in Project preparation team.

Conducting safety Onboarding and repetitive trainings on the Externals.

Contribute to the investigation of events / root cause analysis.

Follow up on Preventive and Corrective actions

Encourage reporting of safety observations, near misses and first aid.

Carry out a risk assessment on the Shopfloor.

Liaison with Security Service

Who You Are: 

Certified Management Systems knowledge (ISO/OHSAS) is desirable.

Critical personal competencies: networking, communication and motivational skills, tactical thinking – agility, leading by influencing others, results orientation

Minimum mid-level Occupational Safety qualification with relevant experience

Experienced in presentation

Administrative skills required (Office, SAP, etc. )

Hunagrian language knowledge

Communication level in English is advantage.

The minimum gross monthly salary for this role is 773 000 HUF. The final salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, scope of responsibility.

This position is eligible for variable pay components, such as performance‑based bonuses, awarded in accordance with the applicable employee group, role scope, and compensation structure.’’
