Job Description:
1. 集采战略统筹
统筹核心品类国家及联盟集采项目，构建全链条应对机制，保障重点项目稳定中标和业务可持续发展。
2. 创新产品上市及准入布局
制定骨科创新耗材及手术机器人差异化准入策略，参与NPI产品全生命周期准入策略制定，从国家医保代码申领到省级挂网，再到医院准入，全流程加速创新产品商业化落地，打造新增量增长引擎。
3. 推进物价落地助力业务提质放量
推动立项指南全国统一落地，建立标准化准入路径，持续提升市场覆盖广度和准入效率。
4. 政策风险前瞻管理
持续跟踪价格治理、信用评价等重点政策，建立骨科业务专项应对机制，实现政策风险主动防控和合规护航。
5. 重大变革项目管理
统筹DS公司拆分准入体系迁移，以完成资质及主体切换，保障组织变革期间业务平稳过渡与连续运营

How we calculate "similar"
No black box, no LLM guesswork: a deterministic score built from four normalized attributes. Here's this role's own peer group at different match levels, so you can see the mechanism, not just the result.
Every comparison starts from the same 100-point budget: 25 for working in the same function, 40 for the same therapeutic area, 20 for the same or adjacent seniority, 15 for the same country. A dimension we can't confirm on both sides contributes nothing, never a guess, never a free pass.
