Role Summary
The Senior Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of Servier’s Corporate Office and ensures all onsite operations run efficiently. Reporting to the Director, Office Management this position will be responsible for managing the execution of onsite events, overseeing the reception team and office services. This role focuses heavily on creating a welcoming office environment for employees and external visitors.
Primary Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of corporate office in Seaport, including management of the reception team
Manage soft services for corporate office and ensure facility is well managed for employees, global visitors and external business partners
Oversee onsite event program: evening receptions, onsite leadership events, Town Halls and other employee-wide company events
Responsible for onsite execution of Executive Committee meetings, board meetings, and other critical meetings as assigned by Director, Office Management
Manage conference room usage and desk allocation to ensure office runs efficiently during high attendance weeks
Serve as deputy to Director, Office Management in any building security or facilities related matters in their absence
Education and Required Skills
5-7+ years of experience in hospitality industry, corporate services or workplace services
2+ years of people management experience, ability to manage and mentor early career individuals
Experience planning and executing small- and large-scale events in a hotel or office setting
Experience managing relationships with external vendors, building management and internal stakeholders at all levels
Strong interpersonal skills, can-do attitude, and ability to operate as part of a team
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
Travel and Location
Minimal travel required
Onsite presence in Boston Seaport office, Monday through Friday with hours flexing to support business needs
Role requires evening hours for onsite events

Salary Range
The salary range for this role is $145,000-$166,000. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. Employees in this position are also eligible for Short-Term and Long-Term incentive programs.
