Overall Summary/Introduction
Act as the owner of business operations supporting Business Effectiveness BP, as well as driving new business model support in commercial teams.
Specific R&R
Lead & Support Business Operation
Take ownership of BE operation process, e.g., HCO & HCP retargeting, territory design & alignment, quota setting & adjustment
Take lead of regular reporting to provide timely and detailed analysis with related insights, e.g., regular business review reports, external market dynamic tracking, behavior evaluation & tracking system, etc.
Support continuous operation efficiency improvement through insightful diagnosis, analysis and potential recommendations
Support Planning of Strategic Initiatives and Other Ad-hoc Analysis
Generate business insights, support market opportunity assessment and strategic planning exercise
Support in the development of comprehensive and analytical PPT reports
Support Sr. Business Effectiveness Managers in building analytical models and other ad-hoc data analysis
Engage in new business model cross BU
Assist in the cross BU data and report standardization
Spearhead innovation in business excellence, insights, and optimization
Meeting and Report
Independently communicate with business stakeholders (e.g., NBD, RBD, DM etc.) on ad-hoc basis and when needed
Support regular Q&A in process guideline and company policy implementation.
Design operational process training material and provide professional training for Field Force/Other customer facing team
Qualification/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above and 3+ years working experience in SFE/sales operation function in pharmaceutical, with comprehensive knowledge and skills in the domain
TEAMWORK: Able to contribute as a team and collaborate with colleagues in operation team
ANALYTICAL: Good at data analytics and experienced in analytics on Microsoft Excel
COMMUNICATION: Both written and oral communication skills as well as presentation delivery
DETAIL ORIENTED: Prudent in data management and cares about accuracy in details
INDEPENDENT: Self initiator and willing to contribute proactively
Strong skills in Excel/PPT
Fluent in English
