As an Immune Regulation Co-Op, you will collaborate with scientists on  in vitro experiments in the field of cancer immunology. The tumor microenvironment (TME) contains a complex network of suppressive immune and stromal cells, soluble mediators, and metabolic constraints that collectively inhibit anti-tumor immunity. In vitro immune assays are useful for evaluating immune cell activation, they often fail to recapitulate the suppressive conditions present within solid tumors.
