Specialist - Treasury, Banking & Compliance

Roles & Responsibilities

Ensure that all Exports, Imports, Overseas Direct Investments and FDI transactions involving the company are in Compliance with FEMA and RBI regulations thereon.

To bring Banking services to meet the requirements of Businesses across the globe and leverage Banking relations for the best interests of the Organisation.

FEMA compliance.

Co-ordinating with Banks for opening, closing, updation of signatories and other documentation for bank accounts

Managing relationship with Banks and its officials;

Co-ordinating for monthly service review meetings for feedback and updates

Maintenance of central repository of accounts held by subsidiaries/ branches or representative offices in India and overseas

Driving projects on Digitisation of Trade documents and automation of Banking activities

Educational Qualification

CA/ MBA with 2- 5 years of experience

Business Understanding:

Understanding of master directions and guidelines from RBI and various regulators

Good understanding of Banking terminology, practices and regulations

Understanding the company operations vis-à-vis prevailing trade regulations.

Knowledge:

Good Knowledge of FEMA Regulations.

Understanding of RBI Master Directions and  guidelines issued by various regulatory bodies.

Practical knowledge and thorough understanding of formalities, requirements and regulations of various regulatory authorities like RBI etc.
