Your Role

Governance at scale starts with the right engineering foundation, and that is exactly what you will build. In this role, you will design, develop, and scale governance-oriented workflows and management applications on a leading enterprise data platform, enabling critical capabilities across cloud financial operations, identity and access management, and agent governance. You will work across the full technology stack, from data modeling and pipeline development to front-end application delivery, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into secure, auditable, and maintainable solutions. Your work will directly shape how the organization governs its data, controls its cloud spend, and enforces access policies at enterprise scale.

Who You Are

Software engineering experience (1-3 years) building modern, data-intensive web applications in enterprise environments.

Hands-on experience developing on Palantir Foundry, including components such as Workshop, Data Connection, Ontology, Pipeline Builder, and Code Repository.

Proficiency in one or more of the following: Python, PySpark, TypeScript, or React, combined with strong SQL and data modeling skills.

Practical experience delivering governance-related solutions, such as cloud financial operations, identity and access management, or similar - including implementation of role-based or attribute-based access controls, data lineage, and audit mechanisms.

The ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable applications, and to write clean, well-tested code with supporting documentation.

Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders in a cross-functional environment.

Familiarity with cloud services, including foundational components such as storage, compute, and identity management, is an advantage.

Experience with continuous integration and delivery practices, automated testing, and enterprise code repository workflows is a plus.

What we offer: We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences. We believe that this variety drives excellence and innovation, strengthening our ability to lead in science and technology. We are committed to creating access and opportunities for all to develop and grow at your own pace. How we calculate "similar"

No black box, no LLM guesswork: a deterministic score built from four normalized attributes. Here's this role's own peer group at different match levels, so you can see the mechanism, not just the result.

Every comparison starts from the same 100-point budget: 25 for working in the same function, 40 for the same therapeutic area, 20 for the same or adjacent seniority, 15 for the same country. A dimension we can't confirm on both sides contributes nothing, never a guess, never a free pass.

Unmatched or unknown dimensions score exactly the same: 0 points, never a partial guess. A role we know almost nothing about beyond its function bottoms out at 25%; it never inflates to 100% just because there's little to compare against. Seniority uses a defined ladder (Associate → Manager → Associate Director → Senior → Principal → Director → Senior Director → Executive/VP) so "Director" and "Senior Director" count as adjacent, but "Director" and "Executive/VP" do not.
