Met jouw expertise verhoog je de efficiëntie, voorkom je stilstand en ondersteun je collega techniekers in een omgeving waar elke verbetering bijdraagt aan betere zorg voor patiënten. Major Accountabilities~ Onderhoudstechnicus. ~ Bereid gereedschappen, reserveonderdelen etc. voor op onderhoud/ kalibratie. ~ Identificeer reserveonderdelen voor onderhoud en onderhoud picklijsten. ~ Ontvang vergunningen voor onderhoud / kalibratie / projecten. ~ Uitvoeren van werkorders voor onderhoud / kalibratie volgens methodeverklaring / procedure. ~ Begeleiden van onderhouds- / kalibratiewerkzaamheden als Subject Matter Expert (MKB). ~ Update CMMS na onderhoud / kalibratie voltooiing. ~ Uitvoering van het document van kalibratie. ~ Beheer winkels voor reserveonderdelen (goede ontvangst, inkomende inspectie, levering aan werkgebied, maak onderdelen voor snelle reparaties en verbeteringen). ~ Melding van technische klachten / bijwerkingen / scenario's voor speciale gevallen met betrekking tot Novartis-producten binnen 24 uur na ontvangst ~ Distributie van monsters voor het in de handel brengen (indien van toepassing)Key Performance IndicatorsOnderhoudstechnicus IVerantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van onderhouds- en kalibratieactiviteiten en inbedrijfstellingsactiviteiten voor projecten op locatieniveau.Work Experience~Operationeel management en uitvoering~Functionele diepgang~Grensoverschrijdende samenwerkingSkills~Bouwkunde~Zakelijk netwerken~Samenwerking~Efficiëntie~Welzijn van werknemers~Warmteoverdracht~HVAC (verwarming, ventilatie en airconditioning)~Functieomschrijving~Productie (Productie)~Wiskundige optimalisatie~Microsoft Word~Externe verkoop~Natuurkunde~Problemen met software oplossen~Teamwerk~Testapparatuur~Kennis van Gmp~Inclusief BBP~Totaal productief onderhoud~Algemene HSE-kennisLanguageEngels
