Our Team, Your Impact

We are seeking an experienced Site General Manager to lead operations at our Cincinnati site in Ohio. This pivotal role will oversee all site activities and carry full accountability for delivering operational excellence across EHS, Quality, Service, and Cost. By driving performance in these critical areas, the Site General Manager will ensure TEVA maintains a strong competitive advantage in the market.

How You’ll Spend Your Day

Lead the achievement of Performance Objectives in the areas of Environment, Health, Safety and Sustainability, Quality & Compliance, Customer Supply, and financial performance

Translate TGO and Cluster strategy into a clear site mission, master plan, and operating agenda that supports compliant supply, operational excellence, and sustained site competitiveness

Role model the Teva Way and Leadership Principles, driving accountability, transparency, and ownership at all levels.

Lead a strong, proactive quality system that meets all regulatory and Teva standards.

Champion the Teva Lean Management System (TLMS) as the standard operating model, embedding it into daily management, AOP execution, capability building, and continuous improvement to drive sustained gains in productivity, quality, supply, and cost performance.

Drive cross-functional alignment with Commercial, Supply Chain, and Global teams to deliver end-to-end outcomes.

Lead the introduction of new manufacturing technologies and New Product launches.

Engage, enable and develop the Cincinnati workforce of ~270 colleagues, ensuring that the required leadership, technical and operational capabilities are in place to deliver the Cincinnati Mission and Site Master Plan.

Represent, with corporate approval, TEVA to local (and country) authorities and community leaders.

Your Skills and Experience

Relevant Scientific or Business Degree

Academic Background (Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Engineering)

Knowledge:

Experience leading complex site operations, new technology implementation, product launch or transfer activities, and organizational capability building preferred.

Understanding of all disciplines represented on the site leadership team.

Advanced knowledge and demonstrated track record in Operational Excellence

Cross-functional understanding in multiple related disciplines (quality & supply chain as core, others important but not required).

Advanced knowledge of cGMP, Validation, and local / Global regulations.

Deep Knowledge of the Pharma industry, market trends, market dynamics and competitive intelligence.

Understanding of environment, health and safety (EHS) as it relates to the site.

Excellent understanding of the pharmaceutical product lifecycle as well as knowledge and/or experience in product and tech transfer.

Skills:

Strong cultural awareness and ability to engage with diverse workforce

Demonstrated ability to build a high performing Site Leadership Team (SLT)

Strong skills in Communication, Employee Engagement, Coaching and Capability-Building at all levels.

Ability to leverage personal technical knowledge to communicate effectively.

Advanced ability to analyse metrics and proactively implement action.

Advanced portfolio and complexity leadership/management skills.
