Aperçu SOMMAIRE Le senior technicien de production exerce un rôle opérationnel en pilotant les outils de production en accord avec les règles GMP. Le département DSP est responsable de la purification des produits biotechnologiques, à travers des techniques de chromatographie, filtration, UFDF, jusqu’à la mise en poche du produit vrac. Le process comprend également des étapes de sécurisation virale. La position comprend du travail de week-end occasionnel. FONCTIONS ET RESPONSABILITÉS • Piloter les équipements de production et réaliser les IPC selon les GMP • Exécuter les taches de production selon le planning défini • Participer aux activités d’entretien et nettoyage de la zone • Relever les écarts qualité, les documenter dans les systèmes qualité • Lead, réalise et clôture les investigations des déviations mineures • Créer, revoir, toutes les procédures standard, fiches de travail, batch record, protocoles PQ et autres documents qualité • Exécuter le plan de formation défini par le responsable dans les délais (théoriques et pratiques) • Forme au besoin les autres collaborateurs dans son domaine de compétence • Exécuter des activités liées à la libération de lots : revue et commentaires d’exceptions, clôture des batch record • Exécuter les protocoles de qualification des équipements de la zone • Participe au maintien de la zone à travers une démarche 5S et la participation au Gemba • Propose et met en place des projets d’amélioration continue • Agir en tant qu’exemple pour les autres membres de l'équipe pour assurer la production en temps voulu des lots et proposer de manière proactive la résolution des problèmes • Contribuer positivement à une forte culture d'intégrité, de transparence et d'éthique • Agir dans le respect des exigences légales et de conformité ainsi que des directives de l'entreprise • Délégation à : Senior technicien ou superviseur EXIGENCES • Formation technique ou scientifique (CFC ou équivalent ‐ Bachelor HES ‐ DUT/BTS) en biotechnologie ou toute expérience équivalente en industrie biotechnologique (5 ans minimum) • Travail de shift (+ week-end selon le département) • Flexibilité sur les horaires – Travail de journée occasionnel • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement exigent et hautement réglementé • Esprit d'équipe • Expérience de terrain en production cGMP Disclaimer: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employees assigned to this job.
