You will bring your theoretical and practical expertise in cancer biology to discover medicines that will have direct impact on the future of antibody drug conjugate therapeutics.
What you’ll be doing:
You will join a team of laboratory-based scientists who design, conduct and analyze in vitro experiments to evaluate candidate drug targets, identify novel targets for ADC payloads, and lead projects from target ID to validation.
Identifying and onboarding relevant disease models, identifying biomarkers of target engagement, evaluating the pharmacologic effects of experimental compounds in cancer cells and/or cell-free assays, and leading project teams through the early discovery process and governance interactions.
Review emerging literature and internal data to identify new targets and contribute to target nomination, evaluation, and validation activities.
Develop, run, and analyze in vitro studies to assess candidate drug targets and their relevance to cancer-cell function. Select appropriate experimental approaches and interpret results in the context of project goals.
Discover and evaluate novel targets for ADC payloads, integrating experimental findings with emerging literature and internal data to support target nomination, evaluation, and validation.
Bring together experimental results, internal data, and relevant literature to identify promising targets, understand mechanisms of action, and help uncover biomarkers of drug response or resistance.
Work closely with colleagues from diverse scientific and functional backgrounds, contributing your expertise and helping align research activities with broader project objectives.

How we calculate "similar"
No black box, no LLM guesswork: a deterministic score built from four normalized attributes. Here's this role's own peer group at different match levels, so you can see the mechanism, not just the result.
Every comparison starts from the same 100-point budget: 25 for working in the same function, 40 for the same therapeutic area, 20 for the same or adjacent seniority, 15 for the same country. A dimension we can't confirm on both sides contributes nothing, never a guess, never a free pass.
0 points, never a partial guess. A role we know almost nothing about beyond its function bottoms out at 25%; it never inflates to 100% just because there's little to compare against. Seniority uses a defined ladder (Associate → Manager → Associate Director → Senior → Principal → Director → Senior Director → Executive/VP) so "Director" and "Senior Director" count as adjacent, but "Director" and "Executive/VP" do not.
