The Position
Der (Senior) Patient Partnership Manager ist ein Experte und Hauptansprechpartner für die Zusammenarbeit mit Patientenvertretern, Patientenorganisationen und Patienten. Als Schlüsselposition sorgt diese Funktion dafür, dass die Patientenperspektive in allen strategischen und geschäftsrelevanten Entscheidungen des Unternehmens Gehör findet.
In dieser Position unterstützen Sie Patientenvertreter und -organisationen in definierten Schwerpunktindikationen. Sie sind massgeblich am Aufbau, der Pflege und dem Ausbau von Netzwerken und Beziehungen beteiligt und pflegen zudem Kontakte zu Meinungsbildnern im Gesundheitswesen.
Die Möglichkeit
Unterstützung von Patientenvertretern und -organisationen im Bereich Neurolgie & Augenheilkunde, Aufbau und Pflege von Netzwerken sowie der Ausbau bestehender Beziehungen zu Patientenvertretern und -organisationen.
Pflege der Kontakte zu wichtigen Akteuren im Gesundheitswesen, um patientenzentrierte Themen voranzutreiben.
Aktive Integration der Patientenmeinung in strategische und geschäftsrelevante Aktivitäten des Teams sowie der gesamten Organisation.
Entwicklung und Koordination von innovativen Aktivitäten mit Patientenvertretern, von der Erstellung von Materialien bis hin zu Events und Social-Media-Konzepten.
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung höchster Compliance-Standards und korrekter Abwicklung von Verträgen, Spenden und Budgets mit Patientenorganisationen.
Mitverantwortung für die Einbringung von qualifiziertem Input in internationale Teams, um nationale Konzepte und Erfahrungen auszutauschen.
Wer du bist
Sie haben ein Studium der Medizin, Pharmazie oder einen PhD in Life Sciences abgeschlossen und verfügen idealerweise über Erfahrung in Medical Affairs oder den Bereichen Neurologie und Augenheilkunde.
Sie haben fundierte Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Pflege von Partnerschaften mit Patientenorganisationen und Stakeholdern im Gesundheitswesen und bringen idealerweise bereits ein bestehendes Netzwerk mit.
Sie sprechen fliessend Deutsch und Englisch; Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
Sie besitzen sehr gute Kenntnisse des Schweizer Gesundheitssystems und ausgeprägte Projektmanagement-Fähigkeiten.
Sie verfügen über eine hohe Affinität zu neuen Kommunikationsmedien, arbeiten lösungsorientiert, finden sich in komplexen Strukturen zurecht und sind ein absoluter Teamplayer. Ein hohes Mass an Empathie in der Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team und den Patienten ist für Sie selbstverständlich.
