We are seeking an experienced Senior Medical Manager   Haematology   (Acute Haemorrhage Control and Haemophilia)   to play a key role in delivering high ‑ quality scientific engagement across the Australian market, with ongoing collaboration at regional and global levels.

This role combines deep scientific   expertise , operational excellence, and strong stakeholder engagement, contributing meaningfully to CSL Behring’s medical initiatives and overall success.

The Opportunity

You will   leverage   your scientific and medical knowledge to support strategically aligned Medical Affairs activities, working closely with internal stakeholders and external experts. You will act as a key contributor within   multi ‑ disciplinary   teams, supporting evidence generation, scientific exchange, and medical education initiatives that align with both local and global medical strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate scientific data, research   proposals   and medical initiatives to ensure alignment with Medical Affairs strategy

Build and   maintain   relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare   professionals   and internal stakeholders locally and globally

Develop and deliver high-quality medical education materials,   publications   and other scientific communications

Contribute to the generation, dissemination and application of medical evidence and insights

Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure Medical Affairs activities are strategically aligned and effectively communicated

Provide scientific   expertise   to support medical reviews, responses,   presentations   and other medical affairs activities in line with regulatory requirements

Plan and execute advisory boards, steering committees and other engagement activities to gather insights that shape medical strategy

Manage external vendors and project budgets to ensure   timely ,   compliant   and cost-effective delivery of activities

Attend relevant scientific and medical congresses to   maintain   expertise   and   identify   opportunities for engagement with key thought leaders

Engage healthcare professionals and thought leaders in scientific exchange and foster trusted professional relationships

Deliver   accurate   scientific, clinical and health economic information to external healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders

Support healthcare professional engagement processes in line with regulatory requirements and Medical Affairs policies

Demonstrate CSL's values through collaboration, innovation, integrity, patient   focus   and a commitment to excellence.

About You

You are a senior scientific/medical professional who thrives in a collaborative, regulated environment and enjoys translating complex data into meaningful insights.   Energised by opportunities to make an impact, bringing confidence, initiative and emerging leadership qualities that inspire trust and engagement.

You will bring:  

A degree in nursing, pharmacy, or an advanced qualification in science or medicine (PhD, MD, PharmD preferred)

6+ years’ experience in the pharmaceutical or biotherapeutics industry in Australia

Knowledge of the therapeutic speciality area,   haematology   desirable

Manage large projects or processes with limited oversight from manager

Strong experience partnering with commercial and   cross ‑ functional   teams within healthcare

Proven capability in evaluating scientific evidence and supporting medical strategy execution

Experience engaging with external experts, including KOLs and clinical stakeholders
