Ensure local technology solutions are aligned to standard enterprise product categories, driving consistency, scalability, and optimization across the manufacturing network and contributing to a globally standardized ecosystem of systems and applications.

Develop and maintain the site IT roadmap and help shape business cases and investment justification in partnership with business and finance stakeholders.

Establish and lead a regular cadence of communications with site stakeholders, providing visibility into roadmap progress, risks, dependencies, investments, and business outcomes.

Own end-to-end operational performance and technology-related continuity for the site, including incident management, escalation coordination, root cause analysis, service governance, service-level adherence, risk management, and continuous improvement of reliability metrics.

Lead IT communications and stakeholder coordination during critical technology incidents and business interruptions, ensuring timely escalation, clear business impact communication, and alignment across site leadership, Technology Services, Cybersecurity, and other relevant partners.

Partner with Technology Services and external vendors to ensure appropriate resourcing, delivery quality, adherence to timelines and budgets, and active governance of partner performance.

Accountable for site-level IT financial management, including operating budgets, total cost of ownership, year-over-year cost optimization, and alignment with enterprise planning processes.

Identify and lead opportunities to improve operational efficiency, system reliability, cost effectiveness, and manufacturing processes through Lean IT, simplification, automation, and continuous improvement.

Ensure quality, safety, regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, risk management, reliability, and technology lifecycle management practices are embedded into site roadmaps, maintaining visibility and active mitigation of technical debt, compliance requirements, and critical dependencies.

Partner with business and enterprise data teams to promote appropriate manufacturing data governance, data quality, ownership, and stewardship, enabling trusted and reliable manufacturing data for operational, analytics, and digital use cases.

Lead, coach, and develop internal team members and vendors to deliver consistent, high-quality IT services, including responsibility for capability and skills development, succession planning, performance management, workforce planning, and IT service management maturity.

Proactively scout emerging technologies and external capabilities, partnering with enterprise technology teams, strategic vendors, and external partners to evaluate opportunities relevant to manufacturing priorities.

How we calculate "similar"

No black box, no LLM guesswork: a deterministic score built from four normalized attributes. Here's this role's own peer group at different match levels, so you can see the mechanism, not just the result.

Every comparison starts from the same 100-point budget: 25 for working in the same function, 40 for the same therapeutic area, 20 for the same or adjacent seniority, 15 for the same country. A dimension we can't confirm on both sides contributes nothing, never a guess, never a free pass.

Unmatched or unknown dimensions score exactly the same: 0 points, never a partial guess. A role we know almost nothing about beyond its function bottoms out at 25%; it never inflates to 100% just because there's little to compare against. Seniority uses a defined ladder (Associate → Manager → Associate Director → Senior → Principal → Director → Senior Director → Executive/VP) so "Director" and "Senior Director" count as adjacent, but "Director" and "Executive/VP" do not.
