The opportunity
The Senior Manager – Digital Workplace Services leads the Workplace Services team and is accountable for defining and delivering the workplace technology strategy and transformation roadmap. This role drives the evolution toward cloud‑first management, modern engineering practices, and increasing use of AI and automation to improve employee experience, security, and operational efficiency.
This is a hands‑on leadership role requiring deep, architect‑level technical expertise across endpoint management and Microsoft workplace technologies, strong enough to act as the organization’s technical authority, guide design decisions, and lead complex escalations, combined with strong people and stakeholder leadership.
How you’ll spend your day
Technology Ownership (Architect-Level)
End‑to‑end ownership and architectural leadership for:
Endpoint Management: Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM / MCM), Microsoft Intune (Windows), JAMF, and SOTI (enterprise-scale design, lifecycle, compliance, security, and patching).
Microsoft 365: OneDrive for Business, Windows Autopilot, Windows Autopatch, advanced endpoint analytics, and device compliance policies, Windows 365 VDI.
Application Packaging & Deployment: standardization, automation, and modern deployment practices.
Microsoft 365 Evergreen Management: update strategy, deployment rings, readiness, and change management.
Group Policy (GPO): enterprise-wide design, optimization, governance, and modernization strategy.
Serve as technical authority by leading design reviews, coaching engineers, and owning resolution for complex escalations and high-severity incidents.
Manage and develop a high‑performing Workplace Engineering team.
Your experience and qualifications
Proven experience leading enterprise Workplace / Endpoint Services in a global environment.
Hands-on, architect-level expertise in Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MCM & Intune), Group Policy (GPO), and Microsoft 365 workplace services (including evergreen management).
Strong people management skills with a track record of building, coaching, and leading high-performing teams.
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with the ability to influence and lead changes across global teams.
Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, security best practices, and compliance frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft certifications are a plus.
Architect‑level expertise in endpoint design, implementation, and management within hybrid or cloud‑first environments.
Expertise in automation and scripting (PowerShell, SQL querying).
Exceptional command of English.
