Your role
Clinical research that reaches patients faster, with greater precision and integrity, starts with the right clinical leadership at the country level. As Senior Manager, Cluster/Country Clinical Research Manager, you will take end-to-end accountability for the planning, execution, and quality oversight of local and regional clinical studies, spanning investigator-sponsored studies, collaborative research studies and Phase IV company-sponsored studies, as well as Early Access Programs and post-study access initiatives within your assigned region or therapeutic area.
In this role, you will operate at the intersection of clinical operations, external partner management, and regulatory compliance. You will manage and oversee the performance of Contract Research Organizations, functional service providers, and independent consultants, ensuring delivery against quality standards and applicable regulatory requirements. You will proactively identify and mitigate risks that could impact study objectives, data integrity, or patient safety and you will maintain rigorous oversight of Trial Master File completeness and audit readiness at all times.
You will manage clinical trial budgets across your assigned portfolio, provide accurate forecasts and maintain budget status reporting to support sound decision-making. Collaborating closely with Medical Affairs and global development functions, you will share timely updates on study progress, performance and risk with leadership and key stakeholders and you will facilitate the internal review of final study reports to uphold documentation integrity. You will also leverage digital and AI enabled tools to drive improvements in study efficiency and effectiveness and you will serve as a subject matter expert within the broader clinical delivery organization as assigned.
Who you are
You hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a medical or life sciences discipline relevant to clinical research.
You bring 5 to 8 years of clinical research experience in a contract research organization, pharmaceutical or biotech environment, including direct management of multi study portfolios (investigator sponsored studies, collaborative research studies, Phase IV), site oversight and cross functional stakeholder coordination with demonstrated experience managing study budgets and engaging with regulatory bodies at country level.
You have solid clinical operations expertise in the oversight and management of local, regional or global studies, and you are familiar with Early Access Program management and post study access processes.
You have a thorough understanding of clinical development principles, Good Clinical Practice (ICH GCP) and applicable local and international regulatory requirements.
You communicate with clarity and confidence in both English and Greek, adapting your style effectively across scientific, operational and leadership audiences.
You are analytically strong, digitally fluent and comfortable working with data systems and clinical trial management tools to maintain accurate trial reporting and status tracking.
Experience in oncology, neurology or immunology is an advantage, as is a proven ability to manage competing priorities, influence without authority and drive results in a complex, cross functional environment.

How we calculate "similar"
No black box, no LLM guesswork: a deterministic score built from four normalized attributes. Here's this role's own peer group at different match levels, so you can see the mechanism, not just the result.
Every comparison starts from the same 100-point budget: 25 for working in the same function, 40 for the same therapeutic area, 20 for the same or adjacent seniority, 15 for the same country. A dimension we can't confirm on both sides contributes nothing, never a guess, never a free pass.
0 points, never a partial guess. A role we know almost nothing about beyond its function bottoms out at 25%; it never inflates to 100% just because there's little to compare against. Seniority uses a defined ladder (Associate → Manager → Associate Director → Senior → Principal → Director → Senior Director → Executive/VP) so "Director" and "Senior Director" count as adjacent, but "Director" and "Executive/VP" do not.
