Senior Integration Engineer (SAP S/4 & B
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement technical integrations between SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and Satellite Applications/Systems, ensuring data consistency and interoperability.
Design, configure, and customize SAP BTP integration services, APIs, and connectors using the full SAP Integration Suite (CPI, API Management, Event Mesh, Cloud Transport Management, CloudALM).
Analyze integration requirements, develop integration strategies, and provide technical guidance across project teams.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues to ensure system stability and reliability.
Stay current on SAP BTP features and best practices, including SAP's embedded AI capabilities, and leverage AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to enhance delivery quality and efficiency.
Manage collaboration with external IT Operations suppliers and SAP within the Rise with SAP framework.
WHO YOU ARE
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
8+ years of experience in technical SAP integration, with a strong focus on SAP BTP and S/4HANA, ideally in a regulated (GxP) environment.
Solid knowledge of SAP BTP services including SAP Integration Suite, Event Mesh, Cloud Transport Management, Mobile Services, and CloudALM, with hands-on configuration experience.
Strong technical skills and/or certification in SAP BTP, including API Management and event-driven architecture.
Experience with integration methodologies (ETL, SOA, microservices); DevOps/Agile experience is a plus.
Comfortable using AI-powered tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar) as part of your daily workflow.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills; experience in international or cross-cultural teams is highly desirable.
Fluent in English (required). Portuguese is an additional advantage.
