The Position
We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Integration & Automation to join our global HR IT organization. In this role, you will design, support, and enhance integrations that connect HR, payroll, and enterprise applications across a complex global environment.
You will work closely with HR stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to understand business requirements, develop integration concepts, and ensure reliable and scalable data exchange between critical business systems. We welcome candidates with experience in SAP integration technologies as well as professionals from comparable enterprise integration, middleware, API, or ETL platforms who are interested in applying their expertise in a global HR technology environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
Collaborate with HR stakeholders and business users to gather, analyze, and document integration requirements.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs.
Design and support interfaces, integrations, and automation solutions across enterprise applications.
Analyze existing integration landscapes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Partner with development teams, vendors, and project teams to implement and enhance integration capabilities.
Support system upgrades, transformation initiatives, and application modernization efforts.
Troubleshoot integration issues and help ensure stable and reliable operation of critical interfaces.
Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives across the HR technology landscape.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
At least 3 years of experience as a System Analyst, Integration Analyst, Technical Consultant, or in a comparable role within an enterprise environment.
Strong capabilities in business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design.
Experience with SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Integration (CPI), Sterling Integrator, or comparable middleware, integration, API, or ETL platforms.
Understanding of integration architecture, APIs, data transformation, messaging concepts, and system interoperability.
Experience integrating HR, payroll, SAP, SuccessFactors, ERP, or other enterprise business applications.
Experience with modern cloud integration platforms, API management, and event-driven architectures.
Exposure to ETL technologies, data integration solutions, or enterprise middleware platforms beyond SAP technologies.
Experience designing integrations using REST APIs, SOAP services, file-based interfaces, and messaging technologies.
Familiarity with automation technologies and process orchestration solutions that improve operational efficiency and data quality.
Experience supporting global application landscapes and cross-functional business processes.
Knowledge of ITIL practices, application support models, and system lifecycle management.
Experience working in agile delivery teams and international transformation programs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Ability to work effectively across international and cross-functional teams.
Professional proficiency in English.
