Senior Global Brand Manager, Migraine
Join our global Migraine team and help drive the continued growth of one of Lundbeck’s strategic brands. You will work with a differentiated preventive treatment in a dynamic and highly competitive migraine market. As Senior Global Brand Manager, you will have the opportunity to help shape the future of the brand and contribute to bringing better treatment outcomes to more people living with migraine.
Your new role
You will play an active role in shaping and executing the global brand strategy, with independent ownership of key global brand initiatives.
Combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution, you will lead key global marketing initiatives and develop compelling communication for neurologists and headache specialists. You will use market, customer and competitive insights, together with an understanding of the broader commercial, access and healthcare system factors influencing product performance, to guide strategic brand decisions and work closely with affiliates and cross-functional colleagues to turn strategy into action.
Key responsibilities
Shape and evolve the global brand strategy and translate it into clear initiatives and communication.
Lead the development of global promotional content and assets, working closely with agencies and cross-functional partners.
Take ownership of and independently drive key global brand initiatives, including HCP engagement programs, congress activities and meetings, as well as selected lifecycle and portfolio initiatives.
Lead and contribute to market research, brand tracking and competitive intelligence, turning insights into clear recommendations and business decisions.
Act as Country Liaison for selected key markets, building strong affiliate relationships, constructively challenging local plans and assumptions, and bringing local insights on commercial, access and other drivers of product performance into global discussions.
Lead cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives in close collaboration with Medical Affairs, Market Access, affiliates and other relevant functions.
Manage projects, agencies and assigned budgets effectively.
Your future team
You will join the Global Migraine Brand Team in Copenhagen and work closely with colleagues across functions and affiliates around the world.
You will report to Emese Marosfalvi, Senior Global Brand Director, Migraine Portfolio.
What you bring to the team
Minimum 8 years of pharmaceutical commercial experience, including experience with specialty brands.
Demonstrated experience working across countries and/or in a global environment, with the ability to navigate different market needs, stakeholders and broader drivers of product performance.
Strategic thinking and strong project management skills, with the ability to independently drive projects from strategy through execution.
Broad understanding of the pharmaceutical value chain, from clinical development through commercialization and lifecycle management.
Analytical thinking and effective communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information into clear and compelling communication.
A collaborative and action-oriented approach, with the confidence to constructively challenge and influence others.
Experience engaging with senior management and influencing decisions.
An enterprise mindset, with the ability to look beyond own responsibilities and make decisions based on broader business priorities.
A digital mindset, with the ability to use digital tools and AI to improve ways of working and marketing execution.
Good judgment and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
Experience within neuroscience and/or migraine is an advantage.

Annual base salary range: 786 000 - 1 081 300 DKK gross
