Our integrated team continues to solidify BioMarin’s commercial presence in the United States and Europe and is rapidly growing in other regions, such as Latin America, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific.</span></p><div><div><b><span style="font-family: Helvetica , sans-serif;color: rgb(51,51,51);">Senior Clinical Coordinator </span></b></div><div><span><b><span style="font-family: Helvetica , sans-serif;"> </span></b></span></div><div style="vertical-align: baseline;"><span style="font-family: Helvetica , sans-serif;">Once a patient has been identified for therapy, you will provide product education and logistical assistance to patients, caregivers, HCP and site of care staff, including physicians, nurses, and office managers. The CC works in a highly visible, dedicated team environment to provide exceptional customer service on all levels. Specifically, listen to patients, interpreting their specific needs and providing friendly, professional, and well-informed answers to their non-medical, product and logistical questions. The CC will work with the patient to educate on next steps required to gain and keep access to therapy. The CC will also use BioMarin approved educational materials to educate Patients/caregivers/clinic staff on the safe and effective use of BioMarin marketed therapies. The CC will work to maintain relationships with patients and families, and by extension physicians and their staff and cross-functional partners to support ongoing compliance with therapy. The CC will work with numerous internal teams, including Sales, Market Access, Patient Services, Advocacy, and Marketing, to facilitate and improve patient access to insurance, medications, financial moving cases from referral to specialty pharmacy/wholesaler/clinic shipment to product start</span></span></li><li><span><span style="font-family: Helvetica , sans-serif;">Works closely with clinics and patients in assigned geography along with BioMarin RareConnections (RC) personnel to ensure timely initiation of BioMarin therapy and adherence-related activities for patients enrolled in BioMarin education on disease and product administration technique to support safe and appropriate use of therapy </span></span><span><span style="font-family: Helvetica , sans-serif;">at the patient/caregiver approved product coverage based on their benefits and the steps needed to gain prior authorization to ensure understanding of the process for medication access</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Helvetica , sans-serif;">Partner with FRMs to Investigate access challenges pre- and post-infusion and liaise with the providers and patients as needed to resolve issues. </span></li><li><span style="font-family: Helvetica , sans-serif;">Coordinate with SP’s Nursing teams on securing nursing support for ongoing home infusion therapy</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Helvetica , sans-serif;">Partner with Safety and PV and report AE’s and product complaints through medical information.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Helvetica , sans-serif;">Adhere to professional
