We are seeking a Senior Director, G&A Solutions to join our Global Commercial & G&A Digital & Technology organization. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for building and scaling General & Administrative (G&A) technology capabilities within our Global Capability Center while serving as a strategic partner to global business and technology leaders. You will lead technology delivery, engineering excellence, and production support across a broad portfolio spanning Legal, Security & Compliance, Human Resources, Corporate Affairs, Business Development, Corporate Strategy, Data & Analytics, AI, Finance, Investor Relations, Facilities, Audit, Tax, and Treasury. Lead and scale the G&A Digital & Technology organization within the Global Capability Center, fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and innovation-driven culture.
Build and expand technology delivery capabilities through strategic hiring, talent development, organizational design, and succession planning.
Partner with Business Solution Leads across Legal, Security & Compliance, HR, Corporate Affairs, Business Development, Corporate Strategy, Data & Analytics, AI, Architecture, Finance, Audit, Tax, Treasury, and Investor Relations to translate business priorities into scalable delivery roadmaps.
Lead end-to-end technology development, integration, testing, release management, and production support across enterprise applications and platforms.
Establish operational excellence through SDLC governance, quality engineering practices, delivery metrics, process standardization, and continuous improvement.
Deliver and optimize enterprise technology platforms including Workday, Oracle EBS/Fusion, GRC and Privacy solutions, Legal Operations systems, Data & Analytics platforms, AI-enabled solutions, and business-critical enterprise applications.
Drive measurable improvements in delivery quality, system reliability, responsiveness, defect reduction, and operational efficiency across all supported business functions.
Establish and lead all aspects of global support operations, ensuring effective incident management, critical issue processes, root cause analysis, and business continuity for critically important applications.
Champion adoption of AI, automation, and modern engineering practices to accelerate development, testing, support, and business outcomes.
Act as a strategic advisor to senior collaborators and portfolio governance forums, providing transparent reporting, risk management, and resource planning while driving alignment across global teams.
This role requires:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; MS or MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, including application development, engineering delivery, and production support within global delivery organizations or Global Capability Centers.
Proven experience leading and developing managers, engineering teams, and large-scale technology organizations across diverse business domains.
Solid understanding of enterprise application ecosystems supporting Legal, Security & Compliance, HR, Corporate Affairs, Business Development, Data & Analytics, AI, Finance, Audit, Tax, Treasury, and Facilities functions.
Experience with key enterprise platforms such as Workday, Oracle EBS/Fusion, GRC and Privacy systems, Legal Operations tools, analytics platforms, and enterprise architecture standards.
Deep understanding of SDLC governance, release management, quality engineering, operational excellence, and audit-ready technology operations, including SOX-compliant environments.
Demonstrated success partnering with senior business and technology team members within sophisticated global matrix organizations.
Experience managing implementation partners, managed services providers, and staff augmentation vendors to deliver high-quality business outcomes.
Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and emerging automation technologies, with the ability to identify and implement practical enterprise use cases.
Strong critical thinking, organizational leadership, problem-solving, and executive communication skills, with experience operating in regulated industries such as life sciences, biotechnology, or healthcare.
