Key responsibilities for this role include:
Creates reports and dashboards of sales force performance and call metrics to Sales and Marketing teams on a weekly/monthly/quarterly cadence.
Responsible for development and implementation of sales force alignments, call plan targeting and segmentation, and other quarterly planning, for assigned field sales force(s).
Manages large, relational data to clean, merge, manipulate, and aggregate data for use in reporting.
Serves as the central point of contact for field and management support for data and ad-hoc analytic requests.
Collaborates with other business partners such as Marketing, Managed Markets, and Finance to provide operational analytics on sales force effectiveness and activities.
Assists with data validation, support, and training of web & mobile app sales force reports.
Cross-trains within Incentive Compensation and CRM, as well as participates in interdepartmental training to ensure alignment with Corporate goals.
Creates and maintains organized process and report documentation for assigned sales force(s), and continually works to improve internal processes.
Builds, maintains and promotes positive and professional working relationships with associates and management.
Completes special projects as deemed necessary by management.
Perform other duties as assigned.
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 1-4 years of experience. Bachelor of Science/Arts degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or related business field preferred. Experience working in Sales Operations and or Pharmaceutical company preferred. Prior experience in Alteryx, PowerBI, Tableau, and/or SQL, and familiarity with syndicated subnational data sources (such as IQVIA XPO & DDD, IRI) and internal data sources (chargebacks, CRM activity) is preferred. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
Must possess knowledge of data analytics, reporting, and strategic analysis. Understanding sales business models and pharmaceutical industry preferred. Must be able to collaborate across functions while managing multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of urgency.
Must possess strong communication and organizational skills along with the ability to strategically analyze data and prepare reports. High proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivots, VLookups) and working knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs is required.
Ability to work with peers, managers or directors, and other departments to communicate known concepts. Ability to solve equations, apply mathematical concepts, and perform computations.
Must have basic understanding of statistics. Ability to calculate standard performance metrics and create visualizations.
Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $105,000.
