Provide medical expertise in clinical strategy, execution, and enhancing customer scientific interactions with Eli Lilly.
Collaborate with global teams (or lead, for China-led multi-country studies) on clinical development strategy, Phase I-IV trials, and non-trial activities, ensuring high-quality study planning, execution, and reporting of China data.
Partner with regulatory affairs in health authority communications for Clinical Trial Permission (CTP) and New Drug Application (NDA) processes.
Lead efforts in defining the patient journey, identifying evidence gaps, and developing integrated evidence generation plans and medical strategies while serving as a patient advocate and medical expert.
Support brand commercialization and local business plans by contributing to strategic planning for marketed brands.
Provide clinical insights for payer partnerships, negotiation strategies, and dossier preparation to demonstrate product value.
Strategically plan and execute medical meetings, real-world studies, data analyses, and publications (abstracts, posters, manuscripts) while ensuring compliance.
Build and maintain relationships with external scientific experts, thought leaders, and the broader medical community.
