We are seeking a Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team, supporting the VP Therapeutic Area Lead and Cardiovascular Renal Metabolic (CVRM) Clinical Development team based on-site in Tarrytown, NY. In this role, you will proactively manage calendars, coordinate travel and meeting logistics, and help teams execute day-to-day objectives, while collaborating with leaders, administrative peers, and cross-functional partners like IT, Facilities, and Procurement.

Anticipate the needs of leaders and teams, solving logistics before they become problems

Own coordination of internal and external meetings, seminars, and events from start to finish

Bring organization to team town halls, offsites, and agendas that keep people aligned

Step in as backup support for fellow coordinators when the team needs it

This role requires:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; 5+ years of administrative experience (years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree)

2+ years of industry experience in a relevant business function, desirable

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently across all levels of the organization

Demonstrated independence, sound judgment, and problem-solving ability

A track record of building effective relationships up, down, and across teams
