The Position
In der Abteilung PTDC (Synthetic Molecules Technical Development) stellen wir Wirkstoffe für unsere Patienten her. Wir sind ein eingespieltes Team von 13 Kolleginnen und Kollegen und suchen nun Verstärkung. Bei uns packen alle mit an, um einen reibungslosen Betrieb und höchste Qualität sicherzustellen.

Produktionsbetreuung: Du begleitest die chemischen Prozesse und sorgst dafür, dass die Schichtteams alles haben, was sie brauchen (Dokumente, Rohstoffe, Infos).
Anlagen & Technik: Du planst und koordinierst Wartungen sowie Reparaturen an den Anlagen, damit alles rund läuft.
Dokumentation: Du erstellst die Herstellanweisungen (Master Batch Records) für die Produktion und die Reinigung der Anlagen.
Steuerung: Du schreibst die Rezepte für unsere computergesteuerten Anlagen (Leitsysteme).
Support vor Ort: Wenn es im Betrieb hakt, hilfst du bei der Fehlersuche und überlegst, wie wir Abläufe einfacher oder besser machen können.
Sicherheit & Qualität: Du achtest darauf, dass alle GMP-Vorgaben und Sicherheitsregeln eingehalten werden.
Projekte & Schulung: Du begleitest den Aufbau neuer Anlagen und lernst neue Kollegen ein.
Wer du bist
Hintergrund: Eine technische oder naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Meister oder Techniker.
Erfahrung: Mindestens 5 Jahre Praxis in der Chemieproduktion im GMP-Bereich. Erfahrung mit Inbetriebnahmen ist ein Plus.
Verständnis: Du kennst dich gut mit chemischen Anlagen und Verfahren aus und bist fit am PC (Office).
Arbeitsweise: Du arbeitest gewissenhaft, bist verlässlich und ein echter Teamplayer.
Sprache: Du sprichst und schreibst sicher Deutsch.
