About this opportunity
Sales Management & Business Development
Develop and implement sales strategies and drive the execution of marketing strategies across territories to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Oncology Portfolio.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer insights to identify business opportunities across channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and other relevant stakeholders.
Track all sales and non-sales related SF KPIs and support the team to ensure achievement of goals.
Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sales strategies are aligned.
Team Leadership & People Development
Recruit, train, coach, and motivate Product Specialists to enhance performance and productivity.
Set clear KPIs, monitor field activities, and provide regular feedback to ensure excellence in execution.
Conduct regular field visits and joint calls to support team members and evaluate performance.
Collaborate with HR to identify talents and initiation of a career development plan.
Identify SF training needs and collaborate with relevant functions that can provide support.
Foster a positive team culture and encourage collaboration and accountability.
Compliance, Operations & Reporting
Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements
Maintains accurate coverage of designated territory and ensure full compliance with CRM reporting requirements, in line with Company policy guidelines
Manage budgets, expenses, and resource allocation effectively.
Provide accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to management team.
Closely monitoring performance in daily sales operation.
Coordinate closely with Marketing, Medical, and KAM teams to ensure business alignment and effective market execution.
Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree is Science or Business is a mandatory requirement
Minimum work experience:
10 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with atleast 3+ years in a District Manager, Senior District Manager role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive market
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals
Experience in managing Oncology or other specialty therapeutic areas is highly preferred.
