YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role are to:
Pull and analyze syndicated and customer POS data to support business decisions;
Develop clear, data‑driven recommendations based on analysis of data from various sources;
Provide analytical and operational support to the team to enhance and improve business results;
Communicate results, insights, and suggestions in both written and verbal formats to a variety of stakeholders;
Collaborate and interact with Bayer Consumer Health (BCH) colleagues across Consumer Health Sales Strategy & Operations, Marketing, and Customer Teams/Field Sales, including Director Sales Strategy and/or Operations team members, Customer Team Members/Field Sales, and the Director of Marketing and marketing team members;
Contribute to special projects and presentations that showcase findings and recommendations to internal partners.
WHO YOU ARE
Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:
Required Qualifications:
Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field;
Must be available from January 2027 through June 2027;
Eligible to work in the US now and in the future;
Able to demonstrate work experience and/or capability in the following areas: leadership, analytics, collaboration, communication, project management, self‑direction, and initiative;
Willing and able to commit to the full 6‑month Co‑op, working 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday;
Able to work in our Whippany, NJ office 3 days a week as the role is hybrid;
Proficient in Windows software applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and familiar with AI tools and how to leverage them;
Able to provide own transportation to and from the work office location.
Preferred Qualifications:
Cumulative GPA of 3.3 or higher;
Junior pursuing completion of an undergraduate degree;
Sales or marketing major, or 4th‑year student of a Food/Marketing program;
Prior experience using data analytics tools such as Circana, Numerator, Nielsen, or similar is a plus.
Employees can expect to be paid a salary of approximately between $20.75 to $29.50. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. This salary (or salary range) is an estimate and may vary based on an applicant's location, market data/ranges, skills and prior relevant experience, degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
