Objetivo da Posição
Promover produtos de saúde feminina a classe médica e profissionais da saúde, através da visitação presencial e remota, levando nossos produtos e a marca da nossa companhia como diferenciais em solucionar necessidades não atendidas na saúde da mulher.
Responsabilidades
• Conhecer o mercado de forma profunda (concorrência, clientes, principais stakeholders e a jornada do paciente).
• Profundo conhecimento técnico dos produtos, estudos, materiais promocionais, seguindo o direcionamento estratégico do time de MKT e Vendas, realizando visitas customizadas atendendo às necessidades dos clientes.
• Execução do plano tático alinhado com a estratégia de MKT e Vendas, respeitando as normas e regras de compliance da organização.
• Buscar atingir as metas estabelecidas para o território, incluindo demanda, participação de mercado e KPIs de produtividade.
• Atuar em sinergia com outras áreas da companhia, MKT, comercial, acesso, mercado público e outras unidades de negócio para identificação e maximização de novas oportunidades (trabalho multifuncional).
• Elaborar, implementar e monitorar o plano de ação, definindo prioridades, objetivos quantitativos, qualitativos e prazo, com intuito de potencializar a performance dentro do território.
• Domínio das ferramentas de auditoria, DDD, MDTR, GPS, interpretando a performance dos mercados, produtos e clientes.
• Garantir a excelência na execução dos eventos promocionais em conjunto com a área médica e MKT, seguindo as regras da companhia.
• Zelar pela correta inserção dos dados dos clientes, segmentação, histórico e planejamento de visitas para suportar e acompanhar as estratégias de contato e produtividade, nos sistemas da empresa.
• Cumprir todas as regras e políticas da empresa, agindo com ética nos negócios.
• Acompanhamento de Clientes: entender as necessidades e prioridades de cada cliente, buscando soluções customizadas e estabelecendo uma relação de confiança e duradoura.
• Visitar PDVs com intuito de apresentar os produtos da companhia para os farmacêuticos, acompanhar estoque, demanda, preços e eventualmente tirar pedidos, sempre respeitando as políticas comerciais e regras da interfarma.
Educação, Experiência e Habilidades Requeridas
• Superior Completo;
• Análise de auditorias do segmento; MS Office (Word, Excel e PowerPoint);
• Planejamento, organização, foco em resultado, execução, colaboração, comunicação eficaz e tomada de decisão.
• Desejável pós-graduação;
