Job Description

Candidate Profile

Activities & Responsibilities

Lead Regional Business Planning  

Analyze regional business performance and identify opportunities to improve performance.

Develop regional sales plan based on market insights, sales trend, competitive movement, in line with business plan and marketing strategy.

Actively communicate and work with cross functional team such as Marketing, Medical Affairs, Business Excellence, other sales team for optimal regional business planning.

Review regional business plan regularly to ensure the effectiveness of action plan.

Supervise MRs by conducting regular performance review including regular check-in conversation and performance appraisals.

 

Deliver Region Sales Target

Ensure MRs to achieve goals & sales target.

Ensure to execute regional business plan in line with overall commercial strategy of CMVD department.

Work with cross functional stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of business plan and strategy.

Monitor MR’s effective implementation of product strategies and activities including call plan, implementation of promotional campaign, medical meetings and other activities aligned with Business Strategy Plan.

Ensure MRs full comply with internal code of conduct & compliance rules in all activities applied in the company.

Ensure TAE Management

Build and promote strong, long-lasting TAE relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs to provide timely and effective solutions.

With full ownership, provide high level of service by responding HCP requests, working closely with cross functional team for better HCP experience.

Attend scientist meetings, congress, and conferences as appropriate to ensure continuous scientific and HCP knowledge.

Dual call (Field work management)

Management & Development of Team

Influence positively for MR’s motivation and development through analysis of development level.

Coach and train MRs timely in order to develop their skills and knowledge through dual calls or  meetings and support them in field activities.

Communicate company vision & strategy to ensure execution on ground & positively engage teams to understand company goals.

Lead and motivate team on the strategic vision and operation plan of all promoted products.

Lead and support team to use digital & CRM tool effectively.

Lead to cultivate engaging team culture and to build productive working environment & trusted team relationship.

Demonstrate Servier leadership behaviors as role model.

Recognize and Encourage for the achievement of MR

Ensure to report and manage administration 

Ensure accuracy, completeness and timely submission of team report.

Ensure proper management of operating & promotional budget by close monitoring.

Oversee the MRs’ proper use of all corporate resources and assets to ensure that they are used and maintained.

Ensure team to comply with company SOPs.

SFE management (ex. Management of territory reallocation)

Minimum Requirement

At least 10 years sale experience within pharmaceutical industry.
